1. Introduction
This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all returns, refunds, and cancellations for purchases made through Trendza (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By purchasing from Trendza, you (“Customer,” “you”) agree to the terms outlined below. This Policy is designed to maintain transparency, fairness, and compliance with Indian consumer protection laws.
2. Definitions

Customer: Any individual or entity purchasing products from Trendza.

Product: Any tangible item listed for sale on Trendza’s platform.

Return: The process of sending a defective product back to Trendza.

Refund: Reimbursement of the purchase price for an approved defective return.

Defective Product: A product that is damaged, faulty, or not as per description.

Restocking Fee: Any deductions applied in special cases (not applicable for defective returns).
3. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
3.1 General Rule

Trendza only accepts returns for defective products.

The defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

The defective product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
3.2 Non-Returnable Products
The following are not eligible for return/refund:

Products without defect or damage.

Customized or personalized products.
-
Digital/downloadable items.
-
Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers).
-
Intimate or hygiene-based items (e.g., undergarments, swimwear).
-
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable.”
4. Return Process
4.1 Initiation of Return
To request a return for a defective product:

Contact Customer Support via WhatsApp/email within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide the following details:

Description of defect

Clear photos/videos of the defect and packaging

Once approved, Trendza will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number.
⚠️ Returns sent without RA will not be accepted.
4.2 Packaging & Shipping

Repack the defective product securely in its original packaging.

Write the RA number clearly on the package.

4.3 Inspection & Approval

Products are inspected within 5–7 business days of receipt.

Refunds will only be issued if the defect is verified.
5. Refunds
5.1 Method

Refunds are processed to the original payment method (card, UPI, wallet, etc.) within 7 business days of approval.

Customers may alternatively opt for Trendza Store Credit.
5.2 Deductions
-
No restocking fee applies for genuine defective returns.
-
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the defect is verified.
6. Exchanges

Online exchanges are not accepted.
-
Exchanges can only be done offline at our physical location/store, subject to stock availability and product condition.

Customers must bring the original invoice and defective product to complete the exchange process.
7. Order Cancellations

Pre-shipment: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

Post-shipment: Orders cannot be canceled. Customers must refuse delivery or request a return (if defective).
8. Damaged/Defective Products

Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence (photos/videos).

Verified defective products qualify for refund or offline exchange only.

Return shipping charges for defective products will be borne by Trendza (prepaid label provided).
9. International Orders

International orders are not eligible for returns/exchanges at this time.
10. Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers must attempt resolution with Trendza Support before raising chargebacks.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension and/or legal recovery action.
11. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure defective items are returned securely packaged.

Keep proof of shipment until the refund is processed.
12. Company Obligations
-
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after return inspection.

Clear documentation of returns and refunds will be maintained.
13. Amendments
Trendza reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Updates will be effective immediately once published on the Trendza website.
